im here yet again..despite the fact that i gonna get up at 7+ tmr. =S

jialat liao lah.

it becomes my daily routine activity already.

slp--> canot slp--> blog--> 'some other activity' --> then i can get some slp.
O.M.G


just to share with u all, some interesting slping patterns that u all may adopt to get urself to slp..it works for me~wahahaha

there was one day my body is aching...mainly leg...after tt shopping day with sk..so i tried to find the best slping position..and i tink tt im very creative..lol...

then i did a somersault ...

Position 6180 degree turn done...
Position 7
Finally im asleep.*above positions will stretch ya body and u will find it super relaxing somehow. Tested and proven.* XD

So my point is.. counting sheeps does help alot! oh ya before position 7, i actually went to massage my legs with that oto machine..DAMN SHIOK! really useful when the legs are damn sour!! INVEST IN ONE NOW!
