aint an easy task nah. but lucky enough im in the green team. Responsible just for the prepaid lines. Post paid bills are a hell lot more difficult seh! Multitasking is a must i suppose... talking and checking things simultaneously. was attached to a senior to overhear their conversations. quite interesting but super tiring. cuz its like talking on the phone continuously for the whole 8 1/2 hrs...You will get a call once u hung up that kinda thing.

i just love the mute button. it enables us to vent out our frustration and scold the customer. AHAHHA THATS WAD MY SENIOR DID.
F word all come out. wahhahahhhahhah! and thats damn cool. unlike being on the front line... you still have to smile and take all those craps.
