some cases are really exciting..like the guy that was blacklisted due to his mental state, asking me if he is able to sign up a new line. ji tao stun can. hw am i going to tell him that it will be rejected due to his mental state? what if he shout at me and claiming he is normal and make a big whoo ha about this. damn scary also de lah. but heng gt seniors there to approach again. AHAH.

theres even one crazy one. calling me and telling me nonsensical stuffs. starting was ok...he asked me some idd call issue. and then he steered further and further away from where he began.

Telling me how bad the PAP was...stocks stuffs...and alot of shits which i didnt really pay my heart into it. i just let him blabber to his heart's content and dont reply him. kns 10-15 mins can! solo speaker sia.
i didnt even replied a 'em' or a 'orh' .

but nevertheless, this job is quite interesting. cuz diff cust have diff stuns.

There was a F-ing cust. I know theres no point for me to blog about me scolding him. but seriously. this guy is a motherf-ker.
but he kinda made my day too. contradicting eh?

he called in on behalf of his 'gf' to ask about the new number that he got for her. cuz alot of ppl called the new number looking for somebody else.
ok. there i went to explain the possible reason why she had those calls and prompted him some question to determine the real cause. HE F* ASK ME TO SHUT UP.
there i am trying to find a solution for him he ask me to shuddup.
ok.fine. so i really shuddup.
then i didnt talk alr. i just replied
'em'
'en'
'ya'
'yes'
'please hold while i do a check' -when im checking on nth.
i just want to make him wait. DAMN HIM LAH.
but this works most of the time.

he changed totally after that wait.
he talked nicelyly and very friendlyly. then i used monotone to talk to him for the rest of the call.
then he said: 'ok la, actually it doesnt really matter. shouldnt be a problem. the incoming call is free right? the number is pretty.'

i think the computer hates me.
it doesnt seems that i had a successful login before. =(

and i keep locking myself out of the computer due to multiple attempts on the password. wahhahahaha I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND WHY SIAS. >.<

when i had nth to do, i explored the intranet and kinda messed up my workstation.HAAHA

i saw a tab on bomb threat alert and i clicked it out of curiosity. suddenly everything pop out and i was disconnected from the internet and system.

Meaning i couldnt use any program alr. LOL think they thought i wana plant bomb or smth then limit my access to everything.

BLEAH. ok.im just a troublesome kid born with an itchy hand. oh well. jasmine prank called me.

IT WAS FUN.

cant recognise her voice but began to sound suspicious when the 'cust' say see you tomorrow and had the same address and surname as the jasmine from green team.

LOL she damn funny one la. Definitely made my day...
